#49 - AI30 - OpenClaw and its AI agentic impact (Part 2)
This audio production is intended to bring new technologies that impact our lives, like digital assets, central bank digital currencies and artificial intelligence in an easy to understand way to a larger audience.
In this episode, we discuss OpenClaw and its impact as agents changing the world a bit further as the professional services sector is undergoing a significant shift from conversational AI interfaces to agentic systems capable of independent actions. This evolution represents a move away from experimental pilots toward fully integrated autonomous technologies. According to a Thomson Reuters report, organization-wide AI adoption has increased to 40%, nearly double the 22% rate from 2025. Currently, 15% of organizations have implemented agentic solutions, with an additional 53% in the planning stages, setting the stage for "digital workers" that operate with minimal human oversight.
This trend is driven by the "Consumerization of Agentic AI," in which professionals are rapidly adopting tools like OpenClaw. This bottom-up adoption presents a key strategic challenge: employees are granting personal AI agents full access to enterprise systems through common messaging apps such as Telegram and WhatsApp, thereby bypassing established security protocols and potentially exposing organizations to risks like data breaches.
